28 DAYS FREECALORIE AND MACRO STARTING TARGETS
Select fat loss, muscle gain or maintenance alongside current and goal bodyweight.
Include resistance training, cardio, training intensity and physical or desk-based work.
Choose a higher-protein or higher-carbohydrate balance, review the estimate and adjust it before saving.
A macro calculator estimates the energy needed to support daily life and activity, then adjusts that starting point towards a stated goal. The resulting calories are divided between protein, carbohydrates and fat.
Hammer Training asks for relevant details rather than applying the same target to everyone. These include age, height, current weight, goal weight, training frequency, cardio, intensity, work activity and intended timeframe.
Protein and carbohydrate each provide approximately four calories per gram, while fat provides approximately nine. Hammer Training uses that relationship so changes to the macro targets are reflected in the calorie total.
The result is a starting estimate, not a promise of a particular rate of change. Actual requirements vary between people and can change with bodyweight, activity, training volume and adherence.
A calculator becomes more useful when it connects to real results. Once the targets are saved, meals can be tracked against them and bodyweight can be recorded over time. Completed-day reviews show how closely the plan was followed.
Use consistent data over a meaningful period before making small adjustments. Day-to-day scale changes can reflect water, food volume and other factors, so the overall trend matters more than a single reading.
The calculator provides general fitness information for adults. It is not intended to diagnose a condition, prescribe a therapeutic diet or replace a registered dietitian or medical professional. Anyone with a medical condition, pregnancy, an eating disorder or other specialist requirements should seek appropriate individual advice.

Yes. The estimate is a starting point. Review and edit the calories and macro targets before saving them.
Yes. Apply the result and the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat appear as the daily targets in the food log and dashboard.
