28 DAYS FREEUK FOOD, CALORIE AND MACRO LOG
Search familiar foods and supermarket products or add your own verified label values.
Scan packaged food, check the result, edit the portion and choose the meal it belongs to.
Edit calories and macros, copy regular meals and review how closely the day matched the plan.
Choose the actual serving in grams or millilitres and Hammer Training adjusts the nutrition values automatically. Foods can be organised under breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks so the day stays easy to read.
Packaged products can be scanned by barcode. Because manufacturers change recipes and serving sizes, the app asks you to check the result against the label and allows corrections before saving it.
Nutrition numbers have more meaning when you can see them beside the training they support. The dashboard shows live food totals alongside the current workout plan and latest bodyweight, while Complete Day saves a review of the food and training recorded for that date.
Macro targets can be edited manually or estimated with the built-in calculator. Calories follow the standard energy values of four calories per gram of protein, four per gram of carbohydrate and nine per gram of fat when macros are adjusted.
Save My Day reads the food already logged and calculates the remaining or exceeded balance. It keeps the record honest and focuses on the next sensible meal. It does not recommend starvation, skipping essential nutrition or excessive exercise as punishment.
A single meal is not treated as a failed week. The Review Days section helps you look at patterns across completed dates instead of reacting emotionally to one entry.
Database values and calculations are useful planning estimates, not medical advice. Check packaging when precise information matters, record portions honestly and speak to an appropriately qualified professional if you need clinical or condition-specific nutrition support.
